Becoming an Inspiritive Life Coach

This early stage in the development of life coaching is an excellent time to provide a highly competent service to the public. Like any new and unregulated opportunity, life coaching has a window of opportunity for skilled people to make their mark through the quality of their service.
This is the time to establish a reputation while the public is willing to explore the benefits of life coaching. Later, when our reputation is established, it will not matter if life coaching falls into disrepute through the presence of the inevitable 'cowboys' who gravitate to unregulated fields. Later still, when regulation occurs, we shall be in a position to contribute to setting appropriate standards.
Inspiritive Life Coaches bring a depth of NLP skills, recognition of the client's choice and facility with coaching to their work. They have completed Inspiritive's Accredited Practitioner of NLP, Master Practitioner and Ericksonian Hypnosis at least once and more usually twice. There is no cost involved in repeating any level of training. Participants find the opportunity to return extremely rewarding as their skill and comprehension deepens markedly. Becoming an Inspiritive Life Coach is not automatic. Suitably skilled and qualified graduates are invited to join. Other participants who want to become Inspiritive Life Coaches are coached themselves until they reach the necessary skill level.
There is an ongoing program of supervision for coaches with group meetings every month. There information is exchanged, personal work is done, work with clients is explored and advanced training given. Chris and Jules are also available for personal supervision and queries by telephone.
Coaches are not advisors nor experts in the client's field, they are facilitators.
The client has all the internal resources to get what they want. Those resources may need to be more available.
Coaching hinges on the client's values, not the coach's.
Coaches work with patterns of language and behaviour to increase the client's own motivation, performance and capacity to choose and act in the world.
Coaches gather high quality information about the client's thinking, emotional responses and behaviour in different time frames, psychological states and situations and offer interventions that leave the client more resourceful and more in command of their own life.
A coach's work is done when the client functions independently to their own satisfaction.

There is a discounted price for non-Inspiritive trained NLP Practitioners, Master Practitioners and Trainers to attend the required program to become Inspiritive Life Coaches. We are not able to offer full recognition for the Life Coaching program as the level of skill and knowledge in NLP is too variable and many outlets offer insufficient contact hours of training.
