Jillian has a passion for knowledge, learning and the exploration of different cultures.

Initially qualified as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Jillian decided after several years in this field to broaden her horizons and travel the world. Four years later with a fresh perspective, she commenced work in a Psychiatric Clinic creating her own position as a "Motivator". This role involved the planning and implementation of new programs to encourage clients' autonomy.

Subsequently on completion of a Diploma Course in Counseling and Psychotherapy, she was selected as part of a research model on a Mobile Community Treatment Team. The clients were the most difficult and poorly functioning in the Inner City Mental Health Service and therefore additional training was given in crisis intervention.

Jillian became aware of the circumstances of people living with HIV/AIDS and volunteered for four years to the Speakers Bureau and the Ankali Project. This involved providing education and conducting emotional support groups for volunteers of HIV affected clients and/or their relatives plus giving both practical and emotional support.

Having a keen and caring interest in people, Jillian has contributed time to various organizations. These include the Australian Migration Education Service, the Cancer Council, Bobby Goldsmith Foundation, the AIDS Council of NSW and the Deaf Society. As a Para-Professional Australian Sign Language (Auslan) Interpreter, Jillian has also volunteered her services to the Deaf Gay and Lesbian Association where she served on the committee for two years.

Currently employed as a Part-time Teachers Aide Special (Deaf Interpreter), Jillian interprets for children from Year 7 through to HSC level at a Public High School. 

To add to the diversity of these skills, she has a Certificate IV in Small Business Management and was previously employed for 3yrs as a Marketing and Accounts Manager in the company she successfully ran with her husband.

Enjoying the attributes of a vibrant past she is highly respected for her abilities, commitment, patience and caring attitude.

Jillian believes NLP is a quick and very effective way to make the changes we desire. She holds the professional qualification in NLP the Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Progamming (21576VIC) and the nationally accredited Course in Process Oriented Coaching (21614VIC).

Her focus is on cleaning up your own backyard, and discovering the difference that makes the difference.
