Louise Crosby is a Trainer, Executive and Life Coach and NLP practitioner with 18 years experience in personal and professional development training.
She is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (21O95VIC), has a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (BSZ40198) and Professional Skills Training in Conflict Resolution. She has a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy and RN (Psych Certificate) and is a certified Thought Field Therapy Algorithm Practitioner. Louise completed Advanced Lecturer training with the founder of the Silva Method in the USA and presented Silva Method seminars across Australia. She is a keen student and practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism and meditation, studying and practicing under the guidance of several of the most eminent Tibetan Masters teaching in the West.
Louise has authored, developed and presented training and coaching programs, public seminars and workshops in Australia and the USA on various subjects including Goal Achievement, Motivation, Stress Management, Meditation and Creating Work and Lifestyle Balance. She has been invited by the media to be interviewed on radio, write and contribute to feature stories for magazines and appear on national television.
Specialising in goal achievement, motivation, creating work and lifestyle balance, communication skills and performance enhancement, Louise has worked with hundreds of individuals across a wide range of professions and industries, including senior executives, barristers, solicitors, artists, actors, musicians, nurses, teachers, sales and marketing professionals, engineers, retail, IT, aviation, banking and finance and athletes including Layne Beachley, six times World Surfing Champion.
After 18 years of private practice in Sydney and extensive experience in telephone coaching sessions with clients, Louise moved with her partner to the far north coast of NSW to the town of Mullumbimby. Situated in the Byron Bay Shire, Mullumbimby is a fifteen minute drive north from Byron Bay and Bangalow, 45 minutes from Lismore and Ballina, an easy 40 minute drive from the Gold Coast and as Louise’s national and international clients know, she is only a phone call away from the rest of the world!
