Initially qualified as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Jillian decided after several years in this field to broaden her horizons and travel the world. Four years later with a fresh perspective, she commenced work in a Psychiatric Clinic creating her own position as a “Motivator”. This role involved the planning and implementation of new programs to encourage clients’ autonomy. Jillian believes NLP is a quick and very effective way to make the changes we desire.
