With 3 years as an IT Operations Manager, 12 years as a Recruitment Consultant in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney in addition to 2 years as a National Business Development Consultant and troubleshooter, Erica has a broad background of management experience and training to draw upon. Having had her share of experience with business start-ups, growth, down-size and all of the attendant issues involved Erica can draw the best from almost any situation. In addition to her corporate life Erica has spent the past 12 years training and participating in the field of natural therapies and personal growth work including Reiki, Educational Kinesiology and Meditation.

Erica has found NLP to be one of the most effective tools in her work with clients, providing them with a mechanism to move through change and develop the life that they want quickly, effectively and gracefully. Unwanted behaviours and patterns of thinking can be readily and painlessly exchanged for productive and resourceful states, prompting clients to exclaim, ”It can’t be this easy!!” which of course, it can be with NLP.
