Jules Collingwood has been coaching, training and consulting since 1990. She also develops training programs for accreditation under the Australian Qualifications Framework, including Inspiritive’s Graduate Certificate in NLP and is a director of Inspiritive Pty Ltd, RTO 21178. Her qualifications include a BSc in Urban Estate Management, Grad Cert in NLP, Post-Grad Diploma in Conflict Resolution, three post-graduate units in Dispute Resolution Mediation and she is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse. Her work in NLP is endorsed by co-originator Dr. John Grinder.

Jules offers coaching and personal change in person or by telephone, to assist clients improve the quality of their experience and to create specific outcomes in any area of life, including but not limited to work, business development, communication, recreation, personal development and study. She adopts a process approach to her work, which facilitates clients’ ownership of their learning and benefits. This provides the opportunity for them to bring new ideas and directions to their own lives, business activities and subject expertise. 

In Jules’ practice, the distinction between coaching and therapeutic intervention is one of degree rather than function and she is willing and able to assist with remedial as well as generative change. Process oriented coaching ensures all clients’ confidentiality is respected and ideas can be considered without revealing private information.

As well as life and business coaching, Jules offers coaching in NLP to assist NLP consultants increase their skill and fluency and update their knowledge of NLP in the New Code, including NLP modelling.
