Paul has completed formal training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is a trainer with the NLP TRB. A former teacher, he specialises in working with children and adults with learning difficulties and is a master at unravelling poor learning strategies. He facilitates workshops for parents to help them understand their children’s learning needs.

Since 1990 Paul has been involved in corporate training and in assisting individual clients to achieve their own specific outcomes. He is committed to the philosophy and practice that training must result in a behavioural change to achieve specific outcomes.

Paul is the director of The NLP Training Centre SA from which has been conducting NLP Practitioner Certificated Trainings for several years. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Paul also facilitates trainings for businesses who wish to gain skills in NLP, stress management, time management, motivation and performance.

In addition to running the Accredited NLP Practitioner Certification Programme, Paul offers private consultancy services.
