Kathleen Alexander has worked in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and the US for a variety of organisations in advertising, the not-for-profit sector and pay television. She moved to Australia in 2000 to head up the marketing operations for Cartoon Network & Turner Classic Movies’ Australasia office.

With a successful international career in the corporate world, Kathleen decided to broaden her skills into the area of human performance excellence, an aspect that has always fascinated her.  Now, as a Master Practitioner of NLP and Buzan Trainer, she uses these revolutionary concepts in her work with businesses and individuals to achieve outstanding results.   

Using her natural ability to engage people, Kathleen works closely with her clients to design their blueprint for success.  Core to this process is helping them develop the attitude, mindset and skills that make their compelling outcomes achievable.  She adds value by teaching clients specific skills that can be used to enhance their performance in business and in life.

She also coaches and conducts trainings in Buzan Learning Techniques and Mind Mapping® for increased creativity, concentration and mental agility.
