This five-day life coach training program provides a solid foundation in the people skills necessary for anyone interested in learning to effectively coach others. During this training you will learn to build rapport, how to gather quality information and assist coaching clients in making personal changes. The program also includes how to do NLP based content free coaching, assist clients in problem solving, achieve specific outcomes, and more. It includes an opportunity to refine your coaching and management skills.

NLP's life changing skills now have a life changing qualification

The Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (21576VIC). This nationally accredited post-graduate course provides a comprehensive skills for coaching. The following skills are taught in the training;

• people skills (rapport and relationships)
• communication skills (non-verbal and verbal communication, framing and interview skills)
• change processes (changing states/emotions, behaviours and beliefs)
• thinking skills (sensory - visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and linguistic thinking)
• negotiation skills (outcomes, intention, consequence, generating options)

We invite you to apply. Naturally, not everyone who applies for the Graduate Certificate can be accepted. As with any post-graduate course, the minimum requirements are:

1. A bachelor's degree or higher
2. Or a nationally accredited advanced diploma or international equivalent
3. Or evidence of three years' full time employment in a managerial capacity
